Does it run at 60 fps?

Rockstar hasn't announced 60 fps or a performance mode. The press reports 30 fps on the base PS5. The PS5 Pro has the “Enhanced” badge, but nobody has officially said what improves, so 60 fps on Pro is a rumor.
