Is it coming to PC?

Not at launch. Rockstar hasn't announced a PC version or a date so far. Historically (GTA V, RDR2), the PC version arrived months or years later.

Checked by the GTA 6 Guide against Rockstar, Take-Two, official stores and the press. Sources for each fact are on the credits page.
